What should I put on my baby registry?

I'm going to do my baby registry this Sunday with my mom, sister and boyfriend (yes he's the baby's father). I've made a list of all of the basics so I don't forget anything. But I don't really know what else to put! The shower is suppose to be a surprise for me anyway, so I want to make sure I put everything on the registry. I want to do a Winnie the Pooh theme, so if I put everything on the registry of WTP do you think everyone will kind of get the picture? I told my mom to put the theme on the invitations when she does them too so they know! This is my first baby and I just want it to be perfect and I want to be ready!!
