Help me. My daughter was ually Abused.?

My 6 year old daughter was ually abused by her grandfather while i was away on work overseas. I have reported it and the grandfather is in a mental evaluation institute for the next 2 years to determine if he is competent to stand trial. He has written a full confession prior to being ordered to going to evaluation. This has been a year long process. I just found out my daughter has mollus contagiosum around her private parts. this was not detected when child services got involved. I also want to say that when i left my child with her father and his grandparents i found out they all knew about this and never told me until i went to pick my daughter up after i came home from working overseas. They even hid the grandfather for 3 months from law enforcements. I want the whole family to be prosecuted my ex his mother and father. The prosecutor that has the case said they cant do anymore. I just don't believe this. Everybody in that house hold knew about it for over 8 months, and never reported it to the law let alone myself, it breaks my heart because this was going on to this little girl around her own father and he choose to do nothing. I live in Arkansas now and this Happened in Blythe, CA. Please anyone help me bring justice for my daughter, I don't have money for a private lawyer and need an organization that will whole heartily take my case and go after these animals. Any suggestion or people or advocates that will take my daughter case?
