How to convince friend to not switch schools?

Shes been at this school for 3 years (we are now in grade 11) and she wants to switch to another school next year (grade 12). Im trying to convince her now to switch schools but dont now how. Any ideas? Any drawbacks to switching school in the last year? thanks
