Please help me! My myopia is worsening in one eye?

Im a 19 year old and my myopia is only worsening in 1 eye. While the myopia in my left eye has stabilized at 100 degrees my right eye has detiorated from 250 to 300 degrees. What is the cause of this detioration and can anything be done to stop it?? Can someone please help me
