What does it mean if your pregnant, have high enzymes in your liver, high blood pressure, and low platelets?

My sister is 23 weeks pregnant with her first baby and is in the hospital right now and has pain in the upper stomach area. They are testing her for gall stones and they are awaiting the results of a urine sample that is being checked for the presence of protein. Does anyone know what this all means?
