Major hair fall... SOS!!!?

I LOSE HAIR ALL THE TIME. when i comb it, when i run my fingers through it, in my drain.... yaaarrgghhh....im surprised im not bald yet. I went in for a full hair check up. i have dandruff but my hair fall vs growth rate is normal. except i have strand breakage, swollen follicles and split ends. my hair seem thin and limp and all like bendy bendy... can feel an uneven texture when i run my hair between my fingers. i used to have awesome hair , thick and lovely until i moved to this dusty humid place. and i grew older. im 22, no thyroid or any disease. normal hemoglobin. i oil my hair regularly, comb it softy.... oh god pls anyone help me make this stopppppp!!! i do not have any baldness in my family... maybe its stress... help help help
