Has anyone else noticed this?

Ok for anyone here who watches gameplay/commentary of MW2 on machinima, have you noticed that the all the popular commentators(Tejb,Seananners,Hutch etc)seem to get into matches where everyone else is terrible? I can easily do as good as they do seeing how bad everyone else is.How do they keep getting matched up with terrible people
