Friend probs. What should I do?

Ok so alot of my friends warned me about being best friends with my friend Alysha but I didn't exactly listen because she was being so nice to me! Nothing like what my friends said. Like we talked every night had alot of sleepovers told secrets. But then we started bball i had another reAlly good friend named faith and they were on the same team so Alysha became close to me so she would know more about faith so I got them to have a sleepover together. I was there to and it started out ok but then alyshA made me do ALL the work and they ran off on me and laughed she wouldn't even give me blankets!!!! So she used me all my friends said she would do that but I didn't believe and know tht she is friends with faith she never talks to me!! I hate it!!!!!! Should I feel bad I mean I'm still kinda sad because we became really good friends than she used me I thought I could believe her I don't know what to do should I forgive her? How do I handle her??? Plzzz help!!!
