Since our Constitution allows both religious freedom and freedom of speech?

Well, the constitution is paper. Plus, it might be that YA is censoring itself (kind of a 'not under government jurisdiction' kinda deal.). I'm under the impression that the Constitution is paper. It doesn't protect squat. Example: Democrats thought that Bush stole the election. The law probably should've prevented that. Republicans thought that Obama was born in Kenya. Law probably should've prevented that. It would seem that the law is asleep at the wheel or for sale or something. If someone wants to start a version of R/S where the kid gloves are off and people are actually allowed freespeech, by all means, bust it out and let us know. The closest we have is R/S chat, a yahoo group that I've never visited, for one excuse or another.
