Why cant we have more girls dress conservative in pencils skirts and blazers?

Even though I like to think I dress and act appriotally (not like an old woman though , fitting to my age I certainly wouldn't dress in a pencil skirt and blazer unless I was going to church or a job interview I don't think many women do on a regular basis now no matter how old they are) it's up to the person how they dress and behave (aslong as they don't act anti social of course). And btw when you said "they should be modest and know when to speak and when not to" you sound like someone from the Victorian times.
