Moving/Airfare Expense and Army accompaniment?

My husband will be going to the DLI in Monterey, and in order for myself and our daughter to join him we'll be moving from SC all the way to CA. 1) Will the Army pay for all moving expenses? 2)Will they pay for airfare for myself and my daughter (or will we need to drive?) 3)If we do fly, how will we get our car to CA?
