This is a problem...?

I kinda like my frinds mom. she is 44 but looks 32. She is really nice. She always wears tanktops that sho her middle, and tight sweatpants. She works out on a regular schedule so she in good shape. When going to work she wears skinny jeans. I have twice seen her come out of the bathroom with just a towel on. Ya i know its creepy and that is why i am asking for help. Anything to help get it off my mind thanx
