How can i get close to a guy i like GUYS HELP NEEDED PLEASE :)?

Well i barely know him first off.. we know eachothers names and a little bit about eachother but he is a friend of a friend and we have only met like twice when we head out to bars. This guy doesnt normally go out to bars alot so i dont always get a chance to bump into him. He seems kinda shy too which i like because i normally go for jerky guys who are horrible. Anyway i just dont know what to do, ive mentioned it to my friend and they said that they will try and sort something out. My friend said the guy said that i was a lovely person but my friend also said that he thought this guy didnt seem like he wanted to try because he thought i was out of his league?! I dont think i helped because i didnt act extra flirty with him so i think he thinks i dont like him. ADVICE?

Can someone tell me if it is legal for a teacher to post pictures of their students on their Myspace page?

There is an elementary teacher at the school where my wife teaches that has created a MySpace page and has posted pictures of her kindergarten students without their consent. A few parents have asked me and I'm not sure. Does anybody know the legality of posting without parental consent?
